Morning session
- 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Registration and welcome tea
- 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Opening ceremony and introduction to yoga and mindfulness
- 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Yoga asana practice for mindfulness and presence
- 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: guided mindfulness meditation
Lunch break
- 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM: Mindful eating lunch (Participants encouraged to eat in silence, savoring each bite mindfully)
Afternoon session
- 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Breath awareness and conscious breathing techniques
